More than a quick adjustment

Chiropractic care is more than a crack of the neck. It restores motion to joints, takes pressure off overworked and compressed segments of the body, and helps you get back the mobility and range of motion you have lost. It is hands-on, non-invasive, and drug-free, and it works for both the sharp pain that just showed up and the kind that has been building for years.

Most of my patients are active people who simply want to keep moving. Steady chiropractic care helps the body work the way it used to, so you can get back to the things you actually want to be doing.

What chiropractic care helps with

A lot of different problems trace back to how the spine and joints are moving. The ones I see most:

Neck and back pain

The most common reasons people come in, and usually the most responsive to hands-on care once the actual source is found.

Headaches and migraines

Many headaches start in the neck and upper spine. Treating that source often brings the frequency and intensity down.

Sciatica and nerve pain

Pain that travels into the hip, glute, or down the leg usually traces back to the lower spine. Treating the source is what settles the leg.

Hip, knee, and shoulder issues

Joint pain is often a symptom of a problem somewhere else in the chain. Finding that is the part most clinics skip.

Sports injuries

Tennis elbow, sprains, strains, and the overuse injuries that come with staying active.

Carpal tunnel and plantar fasciitis

Nerve and soft-tissue problems in the wrist and foot that respond well to targeted manual care.

TMJ and jaw pain

Jaw tension and clicking that is often tied to the neck and upper spine.

Pre- and post-surgical rehab

Building strength and movement before a procedure, and rebuilding it carefully afterward.

Not sure where your pain is coming from?
That's the first thing I figure out. A first visit is about an hour, and we start the same day.

Care built around you, not a template

I start with a conversation to get the whole picture, the sum of the parts that created your discomfort, not just the spot that hurts today. Then a real exam, so we are treating the actual cause instead of guessing at it.

Your plan takes into account your age, history, activity level, and lifestyle, so it fits your life and is something you can actually stick with. You will not be treated like a cookie-cutter patient, and you see the doctor every visit, start to finish.

What your first visit looks like

New patients start with a little paperwork while we verify your insurance. Then we talk through what is going on and I do an orthopedic exam. Based on what I find, we usually start treatment the same day. First visits take about an hour.

If you need x-rays or imaging, I will refer you out for it. I do not use prescription medications, injections, or surgery. The work I do is hands-on, manual, and conservative. If you need more than that, I will tell you and point you to a specialist I trust.

Let's talk

Ready to figure out what is actually going on?

If you have been dealing with pain for weeks or months, or bouncing between treatments that only chase the symptom, book a first visit. The diagnostic conversation alone is usually worth the time.
